 FAQs

  • It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance prior to joining any tour. Travel insurance protects you from any unforeseen costs that you can incur in the event of an accident or emergency. To read more, check out our terms and conditions here.

  • You don't need to be stealing Strava KOMs or racing to the front of your local group ride to enjoy cycle touring. You can ride at your own pace and travel steadily, slowing down to marvel at the scenery. We recommend riding to the pace of the slowest rider, waiting for each other on hilltops and vistas.

  • Yes. By British Columbia law, helmets are mandatory for anyone riding on any road or cycle path. Everyone accompanying us on our tours will be required to wear a helmet anytime they are riding their bicycle. Helmets must be no older than five years old to ensure they are structurally safe and still perform as designed.
